Lackluster, But Fits Its Purpose by L_Walker_M |
| A book to be read by any individual who has no sweet clue as to where they are headed after high school. Cecily's indecision, after leaving college before she could even settle her bags on the floor, is drawn out through the entire book; however, the questions she asks herself mirror the uncertain limbo between the protective high school bubble and adulthood. An agonizingly slow read at times, but I stuck it out to the very end. Characterization over plot. |
